Educo is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Hackney.

The successful candidate will be providing support to students with special educational needs, focusing on personal care and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Supporting students with special educational needs in a secondary school setting

Providing one-on-one assistance to students with personal care needs

Assisting the teacher in preparing and delivering lessons

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements**

Previous experience working with students with special educational needs

Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students
